-Shaquille O'Neal is a doucher. I know, we are trying to keep this blog somewhat civil [Editor's Note: No, we're not.] but there is really no other way to say it. In the first quarter, there was a play where Shaq banged knees with STAT. Amar'e was on the ground for a couple minutes but the play itself looked innocent enough. However, in the third quarter, there was a play where Amar'e drives into the paint. At this point, Shaq sticks his leg out and tries to trip him. Now, this play looked heinous. Looks like Shaq is fitting in with the Celtics' philosophy just fine.
-I want this part to be a formal apology to Donnie Walsh. Landry Fields is legit. You were right. Next time, I will not judge your pick without having a good look at the player beforehand.
-I want this part to be an apology to Raymond Felton. You are clearly overweight. However, you are arguably playing with more heart than anyone on this Knickerbocker squad. Some people might argue that Ronny Turiaf is playing with more heart. I will argue the fact that he's had heart surgery. Too soon?
-Wilson Chandler has taken to his new role as the 6th man. He has been instant offense and has been playing defense at a high level. On the opposite end of the spectrum, Gallo has been passively on the offensive end, shot horribly, and has played sub-par defense. Gallo, I know your nickname is the rooster but that doesn't mean you have to play like a cock.
-Rajon Rondo finished the game with a triple double by accumulating 10 points, 24 assists, and 10 rebounds. He could've been a Knick. It's okay though. Renaldo Balkman has paid dividends for New York. I hate you, Isiah.
-Even though the Knicks are playing better defense now than they did last year, it is still a weak spot. They still look confused on pick and rolls and the defensive rotations are chaotic. Oh yeah, they still cannot rebound. In fact, when the ball rims off, they act like it has an STD--which doesn't make sense, considering the Knicks' affinity for interns.
I guess I can appreciate the baby steps that Walsh is making with this team then.

Life is a struggle, accept it.
