The house isn't haunted. You motherfuckers just hear the boos in your subconscious. It's gotten that bad for some of these guys.
The New York Daily News reports that several members of the New York Knicks were terrified by their temporary living quarters prior to a 106-88 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder. Jared Jeffries and Eddy Curry even go as far as to say the team hotel was "haunted."
Jeffries always looks like he's scared to all shit. But, poor Eddy. That man has been through a lot. And, of course, it's him putting on the Michael Clarke Duncan scared jig routine.
I will admit, the thought of Curry hiding under Nate Robinson's bed absolutely makes my week. Meanwhile, Robinson, Larry Hughes, Toney Douglas and Jordan Hill are only worried about being haunted by Darko Milicic at the end of the bench.
If these are the types of elaborate excuses we'll be getting from the Knicks after losses, I pray they never win another game this season. This shit already tops all of Isiah Thompson's post-game legitimizers.
Yes, I made that word up. It was either "legitimizers" or "fits of uncontrollable eyebrow stroking."
Enjoy the game in a few. Let's see if The Proud Ones can avoid hearing anymore "ghosts" after tonight's contest against the Philadelphia 76ers. They probably won't. The game is in Philly after all.
(Return to The Proud Franchise)

I have always found that if I move with 75% or more of the facts, I usually never regret it. It's the guys who wait to have everything perfect that drive you crazy
